The Yorkshire and Central region is our “roving” region. The team has a boat and a van full of specialist equipment, which is taken to a number of different lakes in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and North Wales. Sessions are open to anyone with a disability.

All the Yorkshire & Central courses are run by qualified, experienced instructors. All equipment is provided.

 

You will need swimwear & towel, plus clothes that can be worn under a drysuit but may still get damp/wet. Food is not provided, so bring a packed lunch or similar. Hot drinks will be available but perhaps at a cost.
