VIRTUAL SEATED WORKOUT

THE SESSION

 

  • Seated HIIT workout

  • 20 mins workout plus extra chat time

  • Instructor: Ella

 

 

THINGS YOU'LL NEED 

  • A bottle of water to drink 

  • Some weights (or something that can act as a weight, for example some flour, or 2 litre bottles of water etc)

  • A broom/ pole/ big stick (anything wide you can hold with both hands)

  • A theraband (or something that can be stretched out, tights are a good substitute!)

 

 

EXTRA THINGS TO KNOW 

  • No experience necessary - everyone is welcome! (members of your household can join in)

  • It's your choice whether to have your camera on or off. Please have it on for the start of the session though

  • Please remember you are taking part independently and at your own risk. We will try to be as inclusive as possible, but some parts of the session may not suit you/ your body so please just skip these or modify them to suit you. And never push yourself into pain
