You can do the session on a mat or in a chair
Clare is a qualified physiotherapist and yoga instructor. She will take you though some adapted yoga poses to help you stay stretched, healthy and relaxed. You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and other participants.
You must register to receive the confirmation email with the zoom link to participate.

Please remember you are taking part in these sessions independently and at your own risk. We will try to be as inclusive as possible, but some parts of the session may not suit you/ your body so please just skip these or modify them to suit you. And never push yourself into pain.
