We want to keep supporting as many people as possible to stay fit, healthy and positive at this time. 


Sometimes it's hard to motivate yourself on your own. Come and join one of our virtual sessions for support and encouragement.

The sessions are now every other week (on a Tuesday).

  • JUNE 1st, 15th & 29th

  • JULY 13th & 27th

  • AUG 10th & 24th


  • 10am (mat-based)

  • 11.30am (chair-based)


  • No previous yoga experience necessary

  • 60 minute session

  • For the mat-based session you need to be able to move fairly easily between sitting, lying on your front & lying on your back (either on the floor or on a bed)

  • In the chair-based session, all the yoga poses are adapted to do from a chair or your wheelchair

  • A limit on the maximum number of participants is necessary so the instructor is still able to monitor each individual 


Clare is a qualified physiotherapist and yoga instructor. She will take you though some adapted yoga poses to help you stay stretched, healthy and relaxed. You will be able to see and interact live with your instructor and other participants.

  • 20 minute workout session plus extra chat time


Ella studied Sports Coaching Studies at University and is a wheelchair basketball athlete. She will deliver an upper body workout to help you stay fit and active at home. You will be able to see and interact live with her and the other participants

Please remember you are taking part in these sessions independently and at your own risk. We will try to be as inclusive as possible, but some parts of the session may not suit you/ your body so please just skip these or modify them to suit you. And never push yourself into pain.
