VIRTUAL MAT-BASED YOGA

THE SESSION

  • Mat-based yoga

  • 1-hour session

  • Instructor: Clare

 

THINGS YOU'LL NEED

 

  • A yoga mat (or duvet/ blanket/ large towel)

  • Pillows/ cushions

  • Folded blanket/ towel

 

 

EXTRA THINGS TO KNOW

 

  • No experience of yoga is necessary - everyone is welcome!

  • Please start the session sitting sideways on the mat/ bed, facing the camera

  • It's your choice whether to have your camera on or off - please have it on for the start of the session though

  • Please remember you are taking part independently and at your own risk. We will try to be as inclusive as possible, but some parts of the session may not suit you/ your body so please just skip these or modify them to suit you. And never push yourself into pain. Yoga is not competitive!

Clare is a qualified physiotherapist and yoga teacher
